Do you offer shipping?
We do offer shipping! Shipping cost is based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Smaller items are packed and shipped in house and typically arrive with in one week.
Larger pieces are scheduled with one of our shipping partners and delivered white glove. Deliveries outside of California can take 2-5 weeks depending on availability and routes.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns. Please read listings thoroughly and take a look at all the photos. Feel free to reach out with any questions prior to purchase. We want you to want to ensure you'll be happy with your item!
Do you offer holds?
We offer a 24-hour hold on larger pieces like art and furniture.
How long do you hold products after purchase?
We will hold your product for up to 7 days. Please arrange pick up within those 7 days or schedule a delivery.
Do you offer consignment?
We do not typically take pieces on consignment. We primarily do our sourcing in-house through our featured vendors.
Occasionally, we will purchase a piece outright from the public at a wholesale price. If you have an item you feel particularly fits the style of the store and is of exceptional quality in excellent condition, feel free to email us at info@thebluedoorsb.com. Please include photos, a description of the item.
Are all your pieces listed on this website?
New inventory arrives in the store every day, far more than we could possibly list online. We list as many pieces as we can, but keep in mind while you're browsing that you are only seeing a sample of what is available on the showroom floor.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you aren't finding what exactly you are looking for — it might be in the store!
